Well, one thing is for sure – fitness ain’t easy. It takes dedication, discipline, and a never give up attitude to get in shape and stay that way.
Scott Tousignant and I are both making radical changes to our body week by week – and as you probably know by now – we are documenting it on video every step of the way.
Both of our videos for this week are available below – and there is a marked change in our physiques. Still, getting in shape takes time.
Most people see someone who is lean and think that they probably accomplished that goal in a few weeks or a month. Nope. Most of the time it takes multiple months of trial and error to get super lean.
BUT, the challenge of getting in shape is what makes it so worthwhile. Don’t get it twisted, if I didn’t think that getting lean was worth the effort I wouldn’t be doing it.
Hopefully these weekly Vlogs will keep you motivated on your own journey to leanness – and keep you on track in the kitchen and the gym. Without further ado, here are the videos for Scott and I this week:

My Current Calories and Macros:
1600 calories for 7-10 days, then a 2500 calorie refeed. I pushed the refeeds even farther apart because I have been feeling good.
Macros: My macros on the low days are 170g protein/120g Carbs/40g fat. My macros on my refeed day are 150g protein, then try my best to fill in the remainder with carbs. I try to eat as little fat as possible, but some sneaks in there naturally.
Cardio: 3-4x a week depending on how I feel.
