Something very interesting (and enlightening) is afoot both right here on FDF as well as on my pal Scott Tousignant’s website metabolicmasterpiece.com!
Scott and I have decided to do a YouTube collaboration that will follow us throughout our fat loss journey. We are both going to be making a weekly progress video showing our current condition (body fat, muscularity etc.).
I’ll warn you up front that Scott and I are not where we want to be in terms of body fat! We are both carrying a lot more fat that we are comfortable with – and both of us have quite a bit of “fat loss” effort in front of us.
Our videos will show the entire picture – no special angles to make us look better than we really do. Week by week you should be able to see – in real time – what it takes (and what it looks like) to go from relatively smooth to downright RIPPED.
We decided to do this project after seeing so many people posting “perfect” pictures online without telling the whole truth. This is the truth baby – and Scott and I are both confident enough to put our butts on the line to show you what it really takes to get lean.
We hope this will inspire you guys and maybe even spark you to join us on your own personal fat loss/muscle building journey! Let’s get to work!

My current diet is:
1600 Calories 5 days a week with 2 2500 Calorie refeeds a week.
Goal macros: 170g of protein, 40g of fat – and fill in the rest with carbohydrates.
